What is Just War Theory?

On Thursday, September 26, 2024, the Hale Institute hosted a lecture and Q&A with Paul Miller at The Pierian Gallery in downtown Moscow. Paul Miller, a professor at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, a reserve Army officer, and a former member of the National Security Council during the Bush and Obama administrations, will be discussing the history and philosophy of the Just War theory. He has authored several books, including "Just War and Ordered Liberty" (2021), on which he further elaborated during the event.
